I am in extreme anxiety these days . I'm a F1 who unfortunately filed 485 with the spouse and the spouse want a divorce wihle eveything is pending. I was a F1 long before 485 was filed.
not to talk about the extreme anger and desperation I've been through , also I am angery at myself, for I should not file 485 at that moment. (well, way back, I should not have done anything I 've done to myself.)
now my 485 could be anulled in any second, my I-20 is gonna be expired on Feb, 2007. what if I could not graduate on time? do I need to apply to the INS for a new
I 20 or I just need to go through some procedure with school? (because they don't know I filed 485 .) what about my OPT? can I apply for OPT?
Can I find a lawyer to reverse this whole thing? to argue with INS that it's the spouse that wanted me to file , now since we are divorced, I don't have the intention to immigrant?
Many many other tragidides have happened to me along with this thing. many times I thought I've had enough. truth is , you don't know how strong you're untill you are tested.
