In my first H-1B petition form I-129, the highest level of education was entered as Master's degree since the position only require Bachelor's degree. But I did have a Ph.D.
Because the new job require the Ph.D. degree, is there any problem if the Ph.D. instead of the Master degree is entered as my highest degree in a new H-1B petition form I-129? I am very concerned about this inconsistant. I would very much appreciate your help with your experience or opinion. Thanks.
H-1B Transfer, degree issue?
