你的運氣不是最好的，但也不是差的，如果7月底能批，那你的運氣就已經達到平均了。

你的材料是不是巨厚，申請信是不是巨長？我發現大部分學問做得很好的，材料準備巨厚批得很慢；而材料隻有10頁20頁的批準的特快。
