xiaobaitu : Than you. Can I convert the Tradition pending labor

Can I convert the tradition pending labor to PERM after making the amendment and keep the old priority date? or do the PERM conversion and amendment simotanously because converted case requires all information on PERM must be same as the old pending petition?
