I think OK,but for H4 visa,if your hu*****and has the problem on his status history,you may be affected ,
check his sittuation.Or go to Canada/Mexico to apply
first,then you may get a new visa in China easily next
time.
You should include his offer letter in application of
your H4,to verify he still an avalible H1B right now .
