急問有關financial support for my baby's GC application. THX!!!!

急 need answers/advices regarding financial support for my baby's green card application. here is the situation :

我 有美綠卡但近兩年在香港沒有工作 (no U.S. tax return or W2 for 2 yrs)， HUSBAND 無綠卡且一直在香港工作， BABY 剛在香港出生(3 MONTH INFANT)。 準備馬上返美為 BABY 辦綠卡，發現需要出示 FINANCIAL SUPPORT, for minimum $32k household annual income for the application.

我在美國有房產(現出租中) 在美銀行也有一定存款 ( less than $30k). 我想問老公在香港的收入證明可作為FINANCIAL SUPPORT嗎？
