485 questions

If I work for company A and company B sponsors my green card, can I also change job to company C after 485 is pending more than 180 days? If I can, must I come back to the sponsor, company B, after my 485 is approved? How likely am I requested additional evidence or being interviewed when 485 is processed? Thank you for info.
