But why is the process date is even coming back for EAD? I remembered last update showed NSC EAD for C9 processing date was Dec. 29, 2005, but today it turned to be Dec.22, 2005. TSC is moving smoothly to Jan 13, 2006, while its processing date last time was as same as NSC.

Who can explain this "retrogression"? Thanks a lot.
