We've already booked the plane tickets. Could u let me know more details about the I-94 issue? Are they going to look at our current h1/h4 status paper while requiring us to hand in I-94? What will happen if we refuse to hand in I-94? Due to status change in US, we have some invalid I-94 forms for our previous status, e.g. I-94 for F1, Is it possible to just hand in an invalid one?
