xiaobaitu, please analyze my similar situation

I have a EB3 labor certificate approved June 2005 in my previous job. Can I ask my previous boss to continue 140 based on that LC? If that 140 gets approved, can I use that to extend my H1-B for another 3 years (my H1-B will reach 6 years limit in May 2007)?
