Thanks you for your comment. I felt the same way. I am looking for the next job as of now and know I would be able to find one soon. But I really like the one I just lost because I will have a very good boss to train me. Hopefully things will still turn around in the future. But you are right dont expect hiring manager to do anything favor for me. I need to clean up my visa issue before I can contact him again even though I know he and the rest of the group liked me a lot.
