hi, i did ask that, she told me my case was loaded into pc on Oct.3rd, so, she asked me to give a call on jan.3rd to see if that has been printed or not. that is all i can do. i submitted on sept.18th, so it takes two weeks for them to load in, that is why the received date is Oct. 3rd.
anyway, the only thing i can do is wait.
