The reason I said in above post to 'label your documents', is to allow your parents show the VO the first document in a category (e.g. finacial proof, status proof) first, then if the VO asks for more, they can go to the next document in that category.

Does this make sense?

It's even possible that the visa is granted without showing any of these documents, if they are lucky.
