問幾個關於TAX 的問題，非常感謝

1去年拿了scholarship,需要交稅嗎。我是F2專F1的。是不是象我這種情況，也不能用那$5000 treaty？
2 學校發了1042S表，是不是我必須填1040NR 或者1040NR-EZ？
3 已經在美國呆了4年多了，如果我不能用那$5000的TREATY， 我可以填1040表嗎？
