Thanks so much again, that's very helpful, hopefully the place I work does not need a quota, I will find out.
I have to ask one more question, Could I file H1B and I140 at same time while I am still holding TN visa? The transfer from TN to H1B will have any side-effect on I 140, or etc later on? Do I have to wait to get H1B first, then file I140 again?
