Mr. williams in California Center is very very nice guy,
He will answer all question about your I485 case.
very important thing is that he has power to assign some staff to look at your case at once,

Usually he will tell you one of the following
1)your case is pending on FBI name check
2)No visa number is available
3)your case is assigned to one staff to handle.
4)your case should process within 60 days (number couled be 45,, or 90)
