ask xiaobaitu or other expert a question about GC

I passed interview Oct last year. But at that time my priority date was not the current date. My priority date is Apil 07,2001. I am EB3. This month EB3 is at April 22,2001. But until now I still don't receive approval notice from INS. I worry about that. Could you tell me what's the problem? What should I do if I don't receive it by the end of this month?
