請教

我在的公司申請了破產也裁掉了好多人. 本人雖未被裁掉但有個擔心, 那就是我的LC,I-140和I-485會被拒嗎?
實在不想換工作,因為一換工作優先日期就沒了. 請大家幫忙給出出主意. 先謝了.
