Xiaobeitu 及各大俠 EB-1 (OR) Representative是否要填 G-28 表

Xiaobeitu 及各位大俠好, 我申請EB-1 (OR), 係主任是我的Petitioner, 係裏一位給我寫推薦信的教授是我的Representative. 因係主任很忙, 故我希望移民局如有事能與我的Representative聯係. 我的問題是Representative是否要填 G-28 表 並得到係主任的授權? 在I-140 表上, 係主任與我的Representative 都已簽了字.
