請教各位，xiaobaitu 有時間的話，也請看一下：

先生申請公民，麵試通知上要求帶Any evidence of Selective Service Registration. 可我先生並沒有參加過Selective Service. (雖然他在18-26歲時在美國，但沒有任何政府部門或其他機構和他聯絡過要他參加。）那末他該怎莫解釋沒有evidence of Selective Service Registration 呢？
