NSC REF need helps

I got RFE from NSC to ask my impact in the field. I just found independent letters from serveral universities. Most of them cited my paper. I cannot find letters from CEO in the company. I am not sure this is good or not.It is necessary to get letters from company since i have couple letters from company in the first submittion??? Any suggestion is highly appreciated!
