My advice:
1. If you and your hu*****and get a devoice before your 485 is approved, theoritically your 485 is gone.
2. If your hu*****and notifies INS that you are separated, your 485 will be hold.
3. Having two addresses for hu*****and and wife in the same city is not good for your 485. But you can not do anything to avoid it right now. INS may overlook such a fact.
4. If you want to call INS, just ask case status. Do not doing anything to bring them attention.
5 Check online status, if the 485 is denied, you will know it, and you will receive a notice about it.
