Spouse's I-131

According to a lawyer "從現在2003年6月後以AC21同時申請I-140及I-485者﹐在主要申請人的I-140還沒有批準時﹐其家屬的EAD及AP都不會被批準。但是主要申請人的EAD及AP將繼續的核發。至於以前核發給家屬的EAD及AP將繼續有效。到期後是否能夠延期還不清楚。我們將等待移民局的進一步消息."

I filed my I485 and my wife' I-131 in July, 2003. I just got my I-140 today and have not got my wife's I-131 yet. So that lawyer's statement is true.
