請教xiaobaitu,lovewind, worthit and other XDJM: I-140 RECEIPT Q

請問多久應該收到I-140 receipt? 我12月28號寄出，12月30號USCIC NBS 收到，1月5號支票被取現，怎麽到現在為止還沒有收到發票呀？這樣正常嗎？ 看到網上都處理到1月8號的申請了，我應該怎麽辦呢?急需等下去還是應該給她們打電話？能給一些建議嗎？謝謝！
