小白兔和mytwocents,請指教

我十天前寄出的I140(Eb1a),目前還沒有收到任何收據。計劃再申請另一個I140(NIW)，請問是現在寄出申請材料好還是等收到前一個申請的case number？
因為I140 part4, question 6：
6. Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person?
No Yes-attach an explanation.

If you answered yes to any of these questions, please provide the case number, office location, date of decision and disposition of the decision on aseparate sheet(s) of paper

從問題上看似乎我必須收到第一個的case number 才能遞出第二個申請，請問對嗎？ 謝謝！
