NSC NIW RFE suggestions

I got NIW RFE from NSC
1. Serve the national interest substantially greater than American worker
I asked four independent letters: two from people who cited my paper, one from a editor of journal where i published paper, one from an editor-in-chief of book where i wrote a book chapter with my previous boss
2. Ask grant proposal and pending patent information.
My previous boss didnot want to give me detail proposal. But he wrote a letter to address my important role in the project. Also, he gave patent application forms.
3. LC issue.
My current boss wrote a letter to address my important role in his projects fund by NIH, Home security department.

I am not sure whether these are enough or not. Wish anyone can give me suggestion. If not enough, how to improve it. I may still have time to perpare for RFE.
