急問!!!!!!!!!!!!

我老公為女兒申請移民I-824.律師填寫的表格被退了回來,原因是申請人是我老公的名字受益人是我女兒的名字.

他們說現在的表格有一些改動.應該是申請人和的收益人的名字是一樣的,在把我女兒的材料附加在上麵.

請問這樣填寫對嗎?要是不對我們不是白等了嗎.

哪位朋友知道或是有過類似的經驗請告訴我.萬分感謝!!!!
