請教: 我怎樣說服公司申請EB2

I got a position which pays me 35% over the prevailing wage. But the boss can
not apply eb-2 for me since he is not sure he will hire master or ba with 5
year experience to replace me later on.

Can I ask my boss to set up two postions, one
requires master or BS+5, one for BS+less than 5.. salary is different.
Can I ask them to do this?

or can he specify the deion now to only fit me? Later they can change
and hire someone different than current deion as my replacement??? will
DOL give the company bulls***? that is my boss' concern.. I just want to know
some official document to pursuade my boss.
