I have tha same case.filed married with a US citizen bases GC application on Jan 2004,finger print on 04-2004,interviewd on MAy 2005,waiting for name check...
Last week I went to INS office and was told my name check is cleared but need to do 2nd finger print then back to INS office again.
I did finger print yesterday and going to INS this Friday.
I remember when I interviewed I brought lots of document such as 864 according to the INS letter requied...but they didn't take it.So I am worried that may be I need second interview?
