Your RFE is simply straightforward. Just submit what they requested.
First question is "Do you have any citations (no matter what in Chinese or English)?".
If you do, then "do you have any reveiw papers of citations? If you do, then give a detailed deion about how your work was cited by those review papers to demonstrate the influence of your work. If you don't, then just try to amplify the influence of your work cited by those regular citations.
If you do not have any citations, then you need to find some substitute evidence to demonstrate the influence of your work such as email consultations regrading your work or expertise, invitation from professional society for conference contribution, and judgement of other's work as reviewer etc.
