My recommendation is;
Stop your H-1b and work for 2 employees with you EAD if it based on your EB-1 OR 2 and I-485 PENDING. In the future,if you want to use H-1B, you have to apply for the H-1b. But, the INS will approve your petition for the H-1b. And your status adjustment request will be denied. In another word, you have to hold your approved H-1b petition and leave US and get your visa in your home country. Do not worry about that, you definitely can get your H-1b visa if you work for a good and big company.
The preassumptions are:
1-You are never out of status in US before.
2-Your I-485 is based on your EB-1 or EB-2 NOT based on family immigrant.
