DIY I-140 approved, I-485怎麽辦?

DIY I-14０，TX,　收件日為２００６年１月５日，　批準日為２００６年１月３１日。
在I－７９７批準件上，寫了"The information submmited with the petition shows that the person whom you are petitioning is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application at this time."
"Additional information about eligibility for adjustment of status may be obtained from the local INS office serving the area where the person for whom you are petitioning lives."

第一句話我想是因為現在排期，我得等．但是到時會有什麽notice通知我麽？
第二句話我更不明白．TX 有DAllas,Houston, San Antonio, El Paso district office，我住在德州，但不住在這些地方，我的local INS是哪一家呢？這些office處理I-485的日子不一樣．

唉，要有錢請個律師辦NIW，就不用為這些煩惱和迷茫了．請大家幫幫我吧！
