1.Proof of custody for children under the age of 18.
我們的孩子在美國出生,我們有她的出生證明,出生證明上有孩子父母的姓名.不知這個可以用來做Proof of custody.如果不行,需要什麽樣的證明,到那裏去辦?

2.If you live in a country different from your nationality include a photocopy of your visa for the country where you currently live.
關於這一項,我的問題是:我們在美國呆了很久,身份也換了幾次.僅僅一份photocopy of your visa,並不能證明我們在美國的合法身份(visa隻有半年有效期).是否需要附帶所有有關合法身份的複印件.

3.Notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers.
我沒有employment contract,隻有JOB OFFER LETTER 和雇主的work experience證明信.這樣可以嗎?

4.Offical ducumentation of education in English.(語言能力證明)
這個Offical ducumentation of education in English是學位證書嗎?還是要去學校開一封信證明在某個期間就讀與此.

5.official documentation of work experience in English.(語言能力證明)
美國雇主的work experience證明信可以嗎?
