Then I am confused. DOS sent the recommendation letter to BCIS and cc to me. Then I got a receipt from BCIS. That receipt is for I612. And it says I612 means application to waive foeign residence requirements. So I thought every DOS rec. letter will follow with an I612 application from BCIS. So what application form do you think I should receive from BCIS? Thanks.
