"我是個學生。我們這兒有個clinic，按病人的收入收費。我可以申請較低收費標準。這樣的話，看個小病也不要很多錢。

我現在的保險不太好。我準備不買了，因為我要自己掏錢，而且這個保險cover的很少。我計劃萬一有個什麽病痛就去這個clinic，算下來比買保險還要省些。就是不知道以後辦綠卡，這些記錄會不會有什麽不好的影響？"

The clinic charges acording to the income of patients. They will check their income when they go there to decide how much percent of their medical expense they should pay. I have been there once. They have my SSN.

Could you descide for me what type this aid is? Thank you for your help!
