急,急的快哭了,請幫忙

我剛在溫歌華簽到了H4,但是問題是隻給了3個月有效期,而且ENTRY寫的是1,也就是說我隻能入境1次.那我從溫歌華回到美國是不是已經用掉了這1次ENTRY.那我是否不能再回大陸,從大陸返美?那我在溫哥華返簽幹嗎?

大家有經驗嗎?請幫忙看看.
