換工作拿到offer，h1b問題請教

我先在在學校工作，前幾天去麵試一個non-profit得公司，回來以後當天下午IT Manager就決定給我offer，現在offer letter已經在路上。自始至終，hr的人都沒有問過我H1B的事情。
我該怎樣跟公司提出h1b的事情啊？公司挺大的，但是我不知道有沒有外國人（HR的人有沒有辦理H1B的經驗）。同時也擔心根對方提出H1B的事情這個offer就吹了。還有，如果我提出辦理H1B，需要連IT manager一起告知，還是直接跟HR的人提就好？

這樣的情況怎樣handle比較妥當呢？謝謝！！！
