My hu*****and submitted to Vermont Center I140 and 485 on Sep.28th,2005, and I140 got approved on Jan.20th, 2006.

It is hard to say when the case should be processed. My hu*****and's colleague submitted her I140 and 485 earlier than my hu*****and, but her I140 is still pending for now.
