有事急問, 請好心人回答

我和我LG2004年結婚, 他是2003年拿的綠卡, 我是F1. 我一直沒有遞交綠卡的申請, 因為怕要換成非移民身份有問題. 我今年5月畢業, OPT已經在拿前一個學位時用完了. 沒想到今年的H1這麽快就用完, 我又不確定能不能在畢業前找到學校和nonprofit的工作.

我們最近剛有了寶寶, 實在不想一家人分開.


請好心人給我們指點一條明路.
