緊急求救！140被拒，F1還有效嗎？

我的140被拒了，因為沒有收到正式通知，還不知道到底是什麽原因（RIR based EB2). 老公去年由H4轉成了F1，沒有出具EAD找公司工作 （做了一些個人培訓，我想退了人家錢是不是還可以算沒有工作啊），他的F1身份還有效嗎？
