AP 和登陸加拿大

Please help me with the following question:

My siduation:

waiting for I-485, no valid statu except AOS, don't want give up CA landing visa, so two many problem.

1 When I apply AP, can I say I will use it to land Canada?

2 Or if I say that I will go to china to visit, will the AP work when I use it to come back to US after I land.

3 in fact, I like to get a multiple AP so that I can go back to see parents and landing, but, is that very difficult?
