This 130 will only be useful if her hu*****and does not get citizenship in 4 years, which is unlikely but not impossible. If she needs extra safety, worth to do it. The cost is $190. (The other issue, this 130 may cause a problem if she needs to change to another nonimmigrant status other than H/L)
