Thanks a lot! it is such a blessing to have experts like your guys around to help us! So from your message, it means I can write down "China" as my "last permanent resident country". The question is "is this question a critical question or is it just a routine question?" or on other words, "will different answer for this question, such as China vs Canada, generate any bad effect on my US GC application?"
