關於結婚綠卡, xiaobaitu 請進

我是公民身份, 正在幫老公辦綠卡, 有些問題想請教.
1) 在I-864 FORM (affidavit of support under section)中第二部分中問
a) I filed/am filing the alien relative petition.
b) I filed/ am filing an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant, who is related to me as my __________________ (relationship)
請問我應該選那一個.

2) 我的個人收入is above 125 percent of poverty line requirement for sponsors. Do I need to put my asset on the I-864 form?

3) 在I-130 form (Petition for Alien Relative)中, C 部分中的第14個問題--date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as show on Form I-94 or I-95, 我老公的I-94 form 上沒有具體日期,他原來是F2, 後在09/29/2003改成F1, 卡上隻顯示STL#9630. 但是他的OPT卡上顯示 Expiration date: 07/31/2006. 請問我應該怎樣填?

4)在I-485 中第二部分, 問I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because:
a) An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved.
b) My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children
c) I entered as K-1 fiancé of a United States citizen whom I married within 90 days of entry.
我覺得沒有特別適合我的, 隻有B 好象還象些, 請問我選B對不對.
