請問是不是在PERM申請的時候就分了EB2和EB3了?

我的PERM批下來了,但我擔心我的律師是用EB3申請的.哪位能告之是不是在申請PERM的時候就已經分了EB2和EB3了?還是到140才有區別?謝謝了!
