最新的MEMO RFE 的時間可以短到一個月(我也見過一個月的).而且NOID(Notice of intent to denial)總是一個月.總不能讓人隻回15天. 不過,離開其間,最好讓人幫檢查信件.一但發現INS的信,立即搞知.再說離鏡過長,入鏡時往往會被申個不停.

The amounts of time within which an applicant or petitioner must respond to a RFE or a NOID are currently dictated to large degree by regulation.
