1. I was told that if the birth certificate for I-485 filing is not dated within a few days of actual birth, I need to submit affidavits as well. Is it correct?
2. I obtained my birth certificate in a notarized format from China, but it was dated in 2004. It is only with notary stamp and signature. My parents didn't sign it. Do you think that USCIS will accept it as a valid birth certificate or they will request RFE?
3. Do China issue birth certificate?
Thanks.
