有關申請AP的困惑

美國移民局的網站上對I-131(Travel Document)是這樣解釋的:(http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/I-131.pdf)

Purpose of the form (I-131):
Reentry Permit;
Refugee Travel Document;
Advance Parole Document;

Note:If you are in the United States and wish to travel abroad, you do not need to apply for Advance Parole if both conditions described below in number1 and 2 are met:
1. You are in one of the following nonimmigrant categories:
H1,or H4;or
L1,or k4;or
K3,or K4;or
V2,or V3;or
2. A Form I-485, was filed on your behalf and is pending with USCIS.
However, upon returning to the United States, you must present your valid (H, L, K, V) nonimmigrant visa, and continue to remain eligible for that status.

我(H4)和先生(H1), 我們的485正在pending中, 今年夏天(大概5,6月份)想回國. 我們的情況正好滿足Note中的兩個條件, 那麽我們是否還需要申請AP? 如果不需要AP, 那麽返美入境時是否隻需要出示有效的VISA即可?
