關於GC申請的問題

In USCIS website, in right upper corner of the form I-485, it says, 'expires 05-31-05'. This means that that I-485 form cannot be used?

My wife is a U.S. citizen, what is the 'file number A-' for her in the form G-325A? And, what is the Alien Registration Number for her? She had GC before but turn it over after becoming citizen. Now, she cannot remember the GC number.
