If you aren't confident to your first I-140,you should do it as soon as possible,otherwise if your first 140 is denied,your I-485 will be denied automaticly.You should file second I-140 first,then write a letter to the USCIS service center where process your I-485,to explain you have sent another I-140,and attach a copy of second I-140 receipt .
